V's helm is a helmet that can be obtained from the Echo Dagannoth Kings during the Demonic Pacts League.

It acts as an imbued slayer helm and provides a passive effect which grants a 5% chance when the player is hit with 1 or more damage to reduce that damage to 0; when this occurs the player will receive the message V's helmet fills you with energy. and their next special attack within 60 seconds will not cost any special attack energy to perform. This secondary effect has no cooldown, but cannot be stacked (i.e. if a special attack has not yet been used since the first effect activated, the secondary effect is lost). The special attack orb's icon will change to a unique icon while this secondary effect is active ().
