The Sage's axe is an item obtained during the Demonic Pacts League, given to players upon unlocking the Executioner relic.

With a maximum attack range of 6 tiles (8 on longrange), the Sage's axe will instantly kill targets who have less than 20% of their health remaining. However, NPCs who take reduced damage from ranged attacks will still take reduced damage when using the Sage's axe; for example, the Kraken only takes 1/7th ranged damage. Additionally, the axe does not work against Yama or the Gemstone Crab.

If lost or destroyed, the Sage's axe can be reclaimed from the Leagues Tutor in Yama's Lair.
