The impish whistle is a consumable item that unlocks a cosmetic override to change the appearance of thralls to that of imps. It can be purchased from the Leagues Reward Shop for 8,000 League Points.[1]
The IDs for the greater imp thralls are 15703, 15706, and 15709.
