The lithic sceptre is a one-handed magic powered sceptre that can be obtained from the Echo Grotesque Guardians in the Demonic Pacts League. It is charged with 1 body rune and 3 earth runes per charge, holding up to 10,000 charges when fully charged.

Every time the player attacks with the sceptre, they will gain a "Shatter stack", which can be stacked up to 14. One Shatter stack will be lost every ~30s when out of combat, regardless of if it is equipped or not. Shatter stacks are also lost upon teleporting or entering an instance.

The lithic sceptre has a special attack, Explosive Shatter, which consumes 5 shatter stacks and does not require special attack energy. Explosive Shatter deals 150% of the player's max hit as magic damage and up to 75% as typeless damage to 12 enemies within 3 tiles. The typeless damage from the special attack is still considered a powered staff attack and will work with the effect of the crystal blessing.

Equipping the lithic sceptre replaces the special attack interface with a unique graphic () that indicates the Shatter stack resource, however the player's special attack energy continues to regenerate in the background normally.
