Mystic Vigour is a prayer requiring 63 Prayer to use. It boosts Magic Attack and Magic Defence by 18%, Magic damage by 3%, and non-Magic Defence by 5%.
To unlock Mystic Vigour, players must obtain a Mystic vigour prayer scroll which is an untradeable reward from Branda the Fire Queen, looted upon completion of the Royal Titans boss encounter. Reading the scroll will present an option to unlock the prayer. Once unlocked, it replaces Mystic Might in the prayer book on members' worlds.
Mystic Vigour and Deadeye are the only two prayers that provide a defence boost that can be used alongside prayers with a defence boost, such as Thick Skin, Rock Skin, or Steel Skin. The defence boost with multiple prayers is additive.
