Deadeye is a prayer requiring 62 Prayer to use. It boosts Ranged Attack by 18%, Ranged Strength by 18%, and Defence by 5%. It functions as an improved version of Eagle Eye, which has bonuses of 15%, 15%, and 0% respectively.

To unlock Deadeye, players must obtain a Deadeye prayer scroll which is an untradeable reward from Eldric the Ice King, looted upon completion of the Royal Titans boss encounter. Reading the scroll will present an option to unlock the prayer. Once unlocked, it replaces Eagle Eye in the prayer book on members' worlds.

Deadeye and Mystic Vigour are the only two prayers that provide a defence boost that can be used alongside prayers with a defence boost, such as Thick Skin, Rock Skin, or Steel Skin. The defence boost with multiple prayers is additive.
