Rapid Restore is a prayer unlocked at level 19 Prayer that doubles the restore rate of all reduced stats except for Hitpoints and Prayer.

The prayer will restore reduced stats every 60 seconds starting from the moment it is activated. Its timer is completely independent from the normal timer used to restore reduced stats. Rapid Restore can be useful for restoring stats that are reduced by a small amount, such as the Attack penalty after drinking beer. For quickly restoring heavily reduced stats, restore potions or super restores may be a more effective choice.
