The bloodthirst rockslug was an unused variant of the giant rockslug, the superior variant of the rockslug, that would have appeared after unlocking the Bloodthirsty relic in Trailblazer Reloaded League. Because rockslugs could not be assigned as a Slayer task during the league, it was never possible to encounter a bloodthirst rockslug.

It would have had a 25% chance of spawning in place of a giant rockslug, which have a 4% chance of appearing after killing a rockslug.

Had the bloodthirst rockslug been possible to kill, it would have provided 9 rolls on the rockslug drop table and a roll on the bloodthirsty unique drop table.
