The purifying sigil is an item made by combining five separate pieces of the sigil, which are each obtained by defeating Yama after signing specific contracts with him.

Once assembled, it can be used to convert oathplate armour into radiant oathplate armour as a cosmetic upgrade. While the sigil itself has unlimited uses, players must use 2,500 aether runes to convert each armour piece.

Upon creating a piece of radiant oathplate armour, a chatbox message appears stating "The sigil violently draws power from the runes, sending a burst of blue flame out and peeling back the old darkened metal."
