The ancient blood ornament kit is an item obtained by defeating the awakened variants of the Leviathan, the Whisperer, Vardorvis, and Duke Sucellus. To obtain the item, the player must kill all four bosses at least once in their awakened state, with the kit being awarded from the final awakened boss.

It is used on Torva armour pieces to cosmetically enhance them. While the kit itself has unlimited uses, players must use 20,000 blood runes to convert each armour piece.

If the ancient blood ornament kit is lost by any means (such as destroying it or dying before being able to pick it up) it can be regained by killing any of the four awakened bosses.^[1]
