The ultor icon is an item made by using a berserker icon on an ultor vestige with 500 blood runes, after learning how to combine ring icons via Peer the Seer. This process requires level 90 Magic and 80 Crafting, which can be boosted.

The icon must be brought to a furnace, alongside three chromium ingots and a ring mould, to craft the ultor ring.
