The bellator vestige is an item dropped by the Whisperer.

After learning how to combine ring icons from Peer the Seer, the vestige can be used on a warrior icon, along with 500 blood runes to create the bellator icon, which is then brought to a furnace alongside three chromium ingots and a ring mould to craft the bellator ring. The entire process requires level 90 Magic and 80 Crafting, which can be boosted.
