  • Opening a dossier no longer informs the player that they opened a lockbox.
  • The dossier's collection log entry now displays the proper dossier, rather than the dummy item that uses the appearance of a full folder.

The dossier drop rate has been increased from 1/17 to 1/12, and the quantities and drop rates for the items inside have also been adjusted.
