The turquoise Slayer helmet (i) is a piece of equipment that is worn in the helmet slot. It is a cosmetic upgrade to the Slayer helmet (i).
It can be created by adding Vorkath's head after purchasing the ability Undead Head for 1,000 Slayer reward points from any Slayer master. This is reversible, and the head will be returned to the inventory along with the slayer helmet's components. If a player loses the turquoise slayer helmet (i) in a PvP death, Vorkath's head will be placed in their gravestone.
