A Full helmet is armour worn in the headwear slot. Full helmets are stronger than medium helmets, providing a higher defence bonus, and are used primarily by warriors. The helmets, as with all melee-oriented gear, give good defence against ranged attacks, but are weak against magic.

Full helms are heavier than medium helmets and have plumes. Trimmed and gold-trimmed armours have grey and gold plumes respectively, and the god helmets have plume colours representing the god to which they are aligned.

Trimmed full helms are obtained exclusively through Treasure Trails. The following full helms cannot be made by players (with the exception of the Dragon full helm (g), which is created by using a Dragon full helm with a Dragon full helm ornament kit, a reward from Treasure Trails.)

Heraldic

The following full helms are created by painting a steel, adamant, or rune full helm on a pluming stand, shield easel, or banner easel in a player-owned house's Workshop at level 38 Crafting with the appropriate crest from Sir Renitee in the White Knights' Castle. This process changes the appearance of the helm but not the bonuses. This table lists out the rune variants, but the steel and adamant variants are visually identical.
