An Adamant helm (h4) is a helmet that can be obtained by completing medium Treasure Trails. It requires 30 Defence to equip and has the same defence bonuses as an adamant full helm.
Just like the rest of Treasure Trails armoury, this cannot be made via the Smithing skill. Players might wield it because of its unique design.
This item can be stored in the treasure chest of a costume room, provided that the interface of the corresponding clue tier is opened before attempting to store the item. Alternatively, the item can be used on the opened treasure chest to insert it without viewing the interface.
