Mithril kiteshield (g) is a part of mithril gold-trimmed armour and a reward from medium Treasure Trails. It has the same stats as a normal mithril kiteshield, except for the ranged attack bonus (-2 rather than -3), and requires level 20 Defence to wear. This item cannot be made via the Smithing skill.

This item can be stored in the treasure chest of a costume room, provided that the interface of the corresponding clue tier is opened before attempting to store the item. Alternatively, the item can be used on the opened treasure chest to insert it without viewing the interface, as part of the mithril gold-trimmed armour set. Ultimate Ironmen will be unable to retrieve individual pieces until the full set is stored.
