The Hardcore ironman helm is a full helm obtainable only by players who chose to be a Hardcore Ironman in Ironman Mode. It is obtained by speaking to Adam after leaving Tutorial Island, after choosing to be a Hardcore Ironman. It has stats equivalent to an iron full helm, but with one third of the weight.

If the player loses their Hardcore Ironman status, the item is deleted and cannot be reclaimed.
