Hardcore ironman platelegs are obtainable only by players who chose to be a Hardcore ironman in Ironman Mode. They can be obtained by speaking to Adam after leaving Tutorial Island, after choosing to be a Hardcore ironman. It has stats identical to iron platelegs, but weighs half as much.

If the player loses their Hardcore Ironman status, the item is deleted and cannot be reclaimed.
