Vorkath's head is an item dropped by Vorkath. The head has various uses, such as being used to upgrade Ava's accumulator, as a cosmetic upgrade to the Slayer helmet, or sacrificed for Prayer experience. For any given kill, the drop rate of the head is 1/50, with the exception of the 50th kill, when the drop is guaranteed.
Players can take the head along with 75 mithril arrows, and either Ava's accumulatoror 4,999 coins (for a new device), to Ava in Draynor Manor to obtain Ava's assembler, which gives increased stats and improved ammo return. Players can also use the head on a ranging or max cape to give the enhanced ammo-returning effect to those capes. Additionally, players can bring the assembler and Dizana's quiver to Ava to grant the quiver the ammo-returning effect.

Stuffed at the taxidermist in Canifis by using the item on her and paying 50,000 coins, returning Vorkath's stuffed head. When players take it to her, she will tell players "This blue dragon smells like it's been dead for a remarkably long time. Even by my standards, it smells awful."
Alternatively, the head can be sacrificed to the Dark Altar north of Arceuus, granting 1,000 Prayer experience. However, players with level 90 Magic can instead opt to cast Master Reanimation on it, giving 1,560 Prayer experience instead after killing the reanimated dragon.
