There is a Belladonna patch outside the manor, towards the west and within the fence.
Upon entering the manor through the front doors, the doors will lock behind the player. There is an exit in the eastern-most room that must be used to leave the building.
The yard around the mansion contains dead trees that can be chopped down, but also undead trees that can attack the player and deal 0 to 3 damage. In the south-eastern part of the yard, vines can spawn from the ground that deal 1 damage to the player.

Basement
Draynor Manor has a basement which is visited in the Ernest the Chicken quest. This basement consists of different rooms containing levers connected by doors. Each door opens only when the levers are in certain positions. The lever positions required to open each door are specified in the table below. In this table, "D" means the lever needs to be down, "U" means the lever needs to be up, "x" means the lever doesn't affect the door, and "?" means it isn't certain whether the door is affected by the lever.

If a free-to-play player uses a spade on the grave mount behind the manor, a message will appear, saying that the player found a members object. The object will be put back in place because it is "of no use in this world."
The name 'Draynor Manor' is likely a reference to the Drayton Manor Theme Park in Staffordshire, a county north-west of Jagex Headquarters.
Another likely explanation for the name is that it sounds like "Drain her", which is what a vampire would do to its victim.
Occasionally, a figure will briefly appear hung on the gallows behind the manor before disappearing. This is likely Guy, who is buried to the west of the gallows between the trees, as the gravestone examine says "Here lies Guy, who told a lie, so we swung him from the gallows high."
