The tier 1 twisted trousers are a tradeable cosmetic item. They are part of the tier 1 tier 1 Twisted Relic Hunter, which can be purchased for 1,000 League points from the Leagues Reward Shop.

This item can be stored in the armour case of a costume room, as part of the Twisted Relichunter (tier 1) set. Ultimate Ironmen will be unable to retrieve individual pieces until the full set is stored.
