Guardian thrall

The guardian thrall is an NPC that is summoned via the guardian horn during the Grid Master community event. When summoned, it will run to attack the same target that the player is attacking with a style that the NPC has the lowest defence bonus for. The guardian thrall will last for 30 minutes at a time.

The guardian horn is obtained by completing the Inferno in 30 minutes or less.

The guardian thrall has an attack speed of 4 (attacking every 2.4 seconds), with a damage roll of 5-13 and an accuracy roll of 45,000. In multicombat areas, they will attempt to cast an area-of-effect attack if the primary target is weak to ranged or magic, which can be toggled via the guardian horn. Additionally, Arceuus thralls can be summoned alongside them.

The guardian thrall's outfit can be changed via the horn. When changing appearances, there is a small chance for the guardian thrall's appearance to change to Echo Cuthbert. When changed to this appearance, the player states Rise, Echo of Cuthbert....
