The sunlit bracers are gloves that were rewarded when completing all column six tasks in Grid Master. The bracers have a passive effect which doubles any base healing received, including from the amulet of blood fury, blood spells, and Guthan the Infested's equipment, but doesn't double modifiers like bloodbark armour. They will protect the wearer from nettles.
