Total Recall is an unlock in Grid Master, unlocked by equipping a unique item from the God Wars Dungeon. It gives the following benefits:
- Players are given a crystal of echoes allowing the following:
- Players can store any single coordinate in the world, alongside their Hitpoints, Prayer, and special attack energy
- Players may teleport back to the coordinates at any later time, restoring their stats to the saved ones
- The crystal of echoes cannot store coordinates whilst inside an instance
- There are various other locations that do not work with the crystal, including quest areas, certain minigames, etc.
If lost, the crystal of echoes can be retrieved from The Sage.
Notes:
- The animation speed of teleporting with the crystal of echoes has been reduced from previous leagues, making it faster to use.
- Agility courses must still be fully completed to get the larger XP drop at the end as opposed to teleporting there with the crystal.
- Pets now work when teleporting with the crystal.
- Total Recall can teleport unrestricted in the Wilderness.
- It does not restore soul reaper axe or Sunlight spear stacks.
- The saved state is remembered after death.
- The state cannot be saved while underwater.
- The state can be saved while fighting The Hueycoatl (when in the public instance), but if you are not already inside the arena it will teleport you outside the rope. This does not allow you to skip killing the body, but it does allow you to skip the retracting animation and the run up the mountain. It can also be used to restore hitpoints, prayer, and special attack energy during the fight.
