Golden God is an unlock in the Grid Master community event, obtained by stealing valuables from a house in Varlamore. It gives the following benefits:

  • You gain the following perks to the High and Low Level Alchemy spells:
    • The spells have no rune cost or level requirement.
    • Items give 15% more gold, and have a 65% chance to not be consumed.
    • When cast on a stack of items, the spells will automatically be recast over time, until the stack is depleted or moved.
      • Actions that would normally cancel Alchemy such as walking or attacking will not do so whilst it is automatically casting.
  • You gain the following perks to Prayer:
    • 20,000 can be offered at Prayer altars in exchange for Prayer XP equivalent to using a dragon bone.
    • This respects altar XP modifiers. Normal altars have no modifiers.
  • All items purchased from some select shops can be noted, provided the item can be noted at all.
    • There will be a new button on select shops which toggles this effect.

Details

The 65% chance to save items, over time, results in each item being alchemised (100/35)≈2.857 times, which, combined with the alchemy value increase of 15%, results in approximately 3.286x the gold.

The following chaos altars will act the exact same as the one in level 38 Wilderness when offering gold to them, despite the player not being able to offer bones to them in the regular game:
