A scrying pool can be built in the Centrepiece space of the Portal Chamber in a player-owned house. It requires 80 Construction to build and gives 2,000 experience when built.
The scrying pool can be used to see the areas where players' portals would take them. This excludes locations in the Wilderness, where it would instead state the amount of players within the vicinity in the chatbox.
When creating teleports, location 1 is the portal to the left of the door when walking into the portal chamber. Location 2 is directly opposite of the door. Location 3 is the portal to the right of the door when walking into the portal chamber.
Lastly, it can be redecorated into a Raging Echoes League-themed pool by using the Raging echoes scrying pool scroll on it.

Trivia
- Players could use scrying pools to unlock the music of the destination, even if they have not yet unlocked access to it, such as Canifis (Kharyrll), Harmony, and Fenkenstrain's Castle.
