An Ourania Portal can be built in the portal chamber of a player-owned house. It will teleport players outside of the Ourania Cave.
Players must first build a portal frame, then use the centrepiece to direct the portal. This requires level 71 Magic and completion of Lunar Diplomacy. The cost to direct the portal is 600 earth runes, 200 astral runes and 100 law runes.

Portals use 100 times the runes of the base spell, whereas individual additions to the portal nexus use 1,000 times the amount.
