A Harmony Island Portal can be built in the portal chamber of a player-owned house. It will teleport players to the north side of Harmony Island, where the Harmony Island Teleport spell takes the player to.
Players must first build a portal frame, then use the centrepiece to direct the portal. This requires 65 Magic and completion of The Great Brain Robbery. The cost to direct the portal is 100 soul runes, 100 nature runes, and 100 law runes.
