Cemetery Teleport teleports the caster to The Forgotten Cemetery in the Wilderness (lv 31). It is north of the ruins, which is reasonably similar to the Dareeyak Teleport.
In order to cast this spell, players must have spoken to Tyss to unlock the Arceuus spellbook.
Players must be careful when casting this spell, as they are unable to teleport away immediately because the highest Wilderness level that you can teleport from is 30 and you teleport to level 31 Wilderness.
The player is also likely to be attacked immediately upon teleporting in by aggressive Skeletons and Ankou that roam the cemetery, so this leaves them unable to log out immediately should they wish to escape a PKer.
