Achtryn is a Slayer master who temporarily replaces Mazchna during the events of While Guthix Sleeps. According to him, it has been a while since he was last asked to fill in for Mazchna, whom he considers to be a "mine of information."

Achtryn gives tasks to players with a Combat level of 20 and above. He is located in north-eastern Canifis. Achtryn is notable for giving Slayer tasks close to his area. His tasks are relatively easy and ideal for players with lower combat levels.

Slayer points

Players can receive Slayer reward points for completing Slayer tasks—this is based on how many tasks players have accomplished in a row. Completion of a task assigned by Achtryn will grant you:
