Nezikchened is a boss that can be encountered in the Nightmare Zone. He is a version of the regular Nezikchened encountered in the Legends' Quest, and attacks exclusively with magic.

He does not count as a black demon for Slayer tasks. Unlike his quest version, he will not drain prayer points and is also unable to attack at all when the player is in melee range.

In Endurance mode, 7,112 reward points are earned upon defeating the normal difficulty version, and 20,025 reward points are earned upon defeating the hard difficulty version.

• The version of Nezikchened in Nightmare Zone is one of the only demons to still drop regular ashes, with the only other being hell-rats.
