Nazastarool is a boss that can be encountered in the Nightmare Zone. He is a version of the regular Nazastarool encountered in the Shilo Village quest.

Poison and venom will persist through phase changes after defeating a form. The recurrent damage power-up will also continue onto the next form.

His zombie and skeleton forms do not count as zombies or skeletons for the purpose of slayer tasks, and none of the forms count as undead, so he is not susceptible to the salve amulet or Crumble Undead spell.

In Endurance mode, 1,752 reward points are earned upon defeating the normal difficulty version, and 7,365 reward points are earned upon defeating the hard difficulty version. Points are only rewarded upon killing his final form.
