Power surge is a power-up that can appear in the Nightmare Zone during Rumble mode. It will despawn after 1 minute if it has not been activated. Other power-ups cannot appear while another power-up is spawned.

When activated, it fills the player's special attack bar to 100% immediately and regenerates special attack by 20% per tick for 45 seconds.
