Karamel is a boss that can be encountered in the Nightmare Zone. She is a version of the regular Karamel encountered in the Recipe for Disaster quest.

She is capable of rapidly freezing the player, draining their levels by 3 each time. In addition to the stat drain, this attack will also briefly stun you and reduce your run and special attack energies to 0. Overloads are recommended to counter the stat drain. She is also capable of teleporting around short distances around the player.

Occasionally, she will stop attacking entirely for some time.

In Endurance mode, 3,750 reward points are earned upon defeating the normal difficulty version, and 7,825 reward points are earned upon defeating the hard difficulty version.
