Blood Reavers are a type of demon in the service of Zaros found in the Ancient Prison within the God Wars Dungeon. They attack using a spell that resembles Blood Rush and can heal themselves a percentage of damage inflicted. Damaging a Blood Reaver heals the player for 50% of the damage dealt. This applies to Blood Reavers in both the Ancient Prison and in the Nex encounter.

During Nex's blood phase, she will summon them to attack players. Their remaining hitpoints are transferred to Nex if they are not killed quick enough, which can be a problem for small teams.
