Captain Ginea is a senior member of the Intelligence Corps, one of six regiments within the Shayzien Army. Found in the Shayzien Encampment, she is in charge of the Intelligence Corps' investigations unit, mainly focusing on tackling organised crime.

Players can help Captain Ginea with Intelligence Gathering by speaking to her. She will share her intelligence about where and when the next meeting among the criminals takes place. She rewards players training manuals in exchange for intelligence reports dropped by gang bosses and gangsters. She can be found north of Shayzien in the Shayzien Encampment, east of the War Tent in a tent labelled with a minigame symbol.
