Soldiers are Shayzien men and women training fighting lizardmen within the Lizardman Canyon just north of Shayzien. They are spoken to in order to discover the player's lizardmen and lizardman shaman kill count.

  • Soldiers in the Lizardman Canyon have been graphically updated, now wearing lower tiers of Shayzien armour:
    • Level 45 soldiers now wear tier 1 armour instead of tier 2.
    • Level 54 soldiers now wear tier 2 armour instead of tier 3.
    • Level 56 soldiers now wear tier 3 armour instead of tier 4.
  • Their examine text was changed; previously, it was "Defending [his/her] city."
