The Infirmary in Shayzien Encampment is the place in which wounded Shayzien soldiers, either from fighting off the lizardmen or attacked by gang members throughout the kingdom, can be found recuperating their wounds here.

• The nurses in the Infirmary have name puns based on wounds or ailments. Nurse Inn'Juree (injury), Nurse Wooned (wound), Nurse Boubou (boo-boo).
• Prior to the removal of favour, players could heal wounded soldiers with Shayzien medpacks, gaining 0.2% Shayzien favour.
