The Giants' Den is a dungeon located just south-west of the Giant Pit, within a cave housing a variety of giants. All of the giants can be killed with or without a Slayer task. Giants in the den have access to the Catacombs of Kourend drop table, including dark totem pieces and ancient shards. The Catacombs' effect of restoring prayer points when bones are buried also applies within the Giants' Den.

The vine ladder near the skeletons inside the Catacombs of Kourend must first be used to travel to the Giants' Den to unlock the strange passage. After it is unlocked, it can be used to travel both ways.

A dwarf multicannon can be used in the den; however, it is only single-way combat.

Random events do not spawn while you are inside the Giants' Den. If a random event has tried to spawn while a player is inside the den, it will spawn at the next 5-minute interval after leaving.

• Lovakengj Minecart Network to Shayzien West brings you right next to the dungeon
• Kourend Castle Teleport or Xeric's talisman teleport to Xeric's Heart, enter the catacombs of Kourend, run west to the skeletons and climb the vine ladder.
• Fairy ring DJR and run south-west, by the coast. Just south of the dock, there is a cave.
• Kharedst's memoirs or book of the dead to 'History and hearsay' Shayzien teleport, run south-west through the graveyard gate, then north-west.

• Into the Den of Giants is an easy Combat Achievement task that requires players to kill a hill giant, moss giant, and fire giant within the Giants' Den.
