The Ghorrock Dungeon is an icy dungeon located underneath the abandoned fortress of Ghorrock, accessed through the Salt Mine under Weiss. It is uncovered during the events of Secrets of the North and is further explored during Desert Treasure II.

At the south of the dungeon through a crevice is the lair of the Phantom Muspah, a solo boss who drops pieces of the ancient sceptre and venator bow; near the crevice are three ancient essence crystals which contain ancient essence; they can be mined with 75 Mining.

In the north-west is the entrance to the Ghorrock Prison, said by Hazeel to contain a powerful artefact but having been sealed by two Zarosian Mahjarrat to prevent a "great horror" from escaping. During the events of Desert Treasure II, it becomes clear the artefact is the Frostenhorn, although it is destroyed by Sliske, and the "great horror" is revealed as Duke Sucellus, another solo boss.
