Mizzarch is a Mahjarrat mentioned in some of the notes in Ghorrock Prison.
Zemouregal considered him to be relatively weak for their race.
He was sacrificed by his brethren in the 15th Mahjarrat ritual on Gielinor, having remained allied with Zaros until the end.
History
Mizzarch is a Mahjarrat who arrived at Gielinor alongside his fellow kin to partake in the Kharidian–Zarosian War. After the war, he played a role in the Zarosian Empire.
Following Zamorak's betrayal, Mizzarch and several others retreated to Ghorrock, where they kept a refuge for all of Zaros' faithful who were able to reach them. However, problems soon began arising, such as an overflow of refugees and apparently poor living conditions for the human followers, who were seen as lowly compared to other Zarosians. Ghorrock was kept in complete secrecy to prevent the other gods' followers from discovering them, as they had made an attempt to eliminate all traces of the Empty Lord from Gielinor. One centurion, named Lucilia, sent a request to Mizzarch if he would allow them a glimpse of the outside for a much needed morale boost.
Eventually, Duke Sucellus arrived at the fortress for reasons unknown, and soon began to go insane, believing that he was destined to restore the glory of Zaros' empire at the cost of his subordinates' lives. This resulted in the fortress becoming forsaken as the Duke began to eat anyone in sight. Along with Jhallan, Mizzarch placed a protective barrier in the fortress' prison to ensure that Sucellus could not escape, protected by a seal that he and Jhallan split in half.
He stayed loyal to Zaros, but was considered too weak to be of much value to the other Zarosian Mahjarrat and was sacrificed in the 15th Mahjarrat ritual. This is likely how Mizzarch's half to unlocking the seal fell into Hazeel's hands.
