Kharshai is a Mahjarrat of unknown allegiance mentioned by the golem during Desert Treasure II - The Fallen Empire and in the Mahjarrat notes.

Kharshai disappeared early during the God Wars, after his loyalty towards the Zarosian Empire was under investigation.

Trivia

In RuneScape 3, it is revealed that Kharshai lost all of his memories and became Koschei the deathless, living with the Fremennik.
