Palkeera was a Zamorakian Mahjarrat mentioned by the golem during Desert Treasure II and in some notes written by her fellow Mahjarrat, Zemouregal.

She was a pontifex in the Zarosian Empire, but allied with Zamorak in the God Wars. She was also the mother of General Khazard.^[1]
