The Headless Beast's Lair is a cave located to the west of the Kebos Swamp. The Headless Beast, an undead bear, inhabits the cave, but is killed as a part of the Getting Ahead quest. The skeleton of the necromancer Neilan Redmark can be found in the cave, and can be searched to obtain Neilan's journal.

The cave contains six bone spawns, as well as cowhides that disappear after killing the Headless Beast.
