The Morytania Spider Cave is a cave found north-east of Darkmeyer.

The cave is divided into three sections; the main cavern, a task-only cavern and Araxxor's cavern. The caves are full of araxytes that are capable of inflicting venom.

The main part of the cave contains a mix of both level 96 and 146 araxytes, along with five tunnels leading to other sections of the cave. The tunnel closest to the hive leads to the beginning sequence for the Amulet of rancour (s). Three tunnels further down the cave lead to varying points in the task-only section, which itself has three chambers; one chamber to the north and south containing level 146 araxytes, and one in the middle containing level 96 araxytes. Another tunnel, not near the others, leads to Araxxor. The entire cave, apart from the north task-only cavern, is entirely multicombat.

The cave is also visited during A Night at the Theatre quest by the player when they are tasked to obtain strange spider eggs. A skeleton, belonging to one of Daer Krand's unfortunate assistants, can be found and searched for a sticky note at the end of the cave during the quest.

The quickest methods of reaching the cave entrance are as follows:

• Teleporting directly to the cave via use of a spider cave teleport
• Teleporting to Hallowed Sepulchre using a hallowed crystal shard, then exiting and using the wall shortcut just south east. Requires 63 Agility and installing 2 long ropes.
• Teleporting via ectophial or fairy ring code ALQ, then running south past the small bridge. Ectophial can be used for convenient banking at Port Phasmatys as well.
