Vulcan Orvoros was a doctor and surgeon, who lived and practised his profession in the vampyre city of Darkmeyer. He is only seen in-game during a cutscene in A Night at the Theatre, when the player and the Mysterious Stranger view one of his memories.
He was a doctor who oversaw even prominent vampyres like Verzik Vitur, and he detailed a sickness she was infected with after a nylocas bite in a patient journal. He noticed how the sickness changed her physiologically and mentally and tried to cure her, but to no avail.
When Vulcan tried to persuade her to head to his office for further treatment, she refused and suddenly exploded, revealing a Nylocas Queen that had infected her as a parasite. The Queen proceeded to have him killed to prevent the vampyres from knowing the truth.
