Vampyre Juvinates are a class of vampyre above Vampyre Juveniles that can be found in the woods east of Burgh de Rott, outside Ver Sinhaza in Meiyerditch, and in Darkmeyer. Former humans who have been turned into vampyres, juvinates are an "initiated juvenile" who have received some training and are starting to get some powers.[1]
They can only be harmed by silver weapons or with Efaritay's aid, and like juveniles, they become mist and retreat at 25% or lower health unless they are held with the special attack of the Rod of ivandis, Ivandis flail, or Blisterwood flail. They can then be given a dose of Guthix balance, at which point they may die instantly (16% chance, rewards 100 Prayer experience and drops vampyre dust), become a feral vampyre (16% chance), or return to their human form (68% chance)[2] and give the player a reward.
If a juvinate turns to mist, they will say "Ha, ha, ha, time to disappear and rejuvenate!" before disappearing. Juvinates cannot be killed by any means other than with a Guthix balance; even if they are reduced to 0 hitpoints, they will still turn to mist instead of dying.
When successfully returning a Juvinate to human in Burgh de Rott or during Temple Trekking, they will turn into Benjamin, Liam, Miala, or Verak and hand the player a noted reward. If the Juvinate was returned to a human in Meiyerditch, a Former Vampyre will appear instead. Juvinates in Darkmeyer cannot be cured or turn into feral vampyres, but rather always die instantly.

The message when they disappear into mist has been updated from "Ha,ha,ha,time to disappear and re-juvinate!" to "Ha, ha, ha, time to disappear and rejuvenate!".
The Juvinates encountered in Temple Trekking are now immune to both poison and venom in order to resolve bugs caused when they die to these effects.
