Rachel, along with her companions, may be encountered during a Temple trek. The challenge involves quickly feeding them before they turn into ghasts. If this happens, the ghasts must be killed.

She looks identical to Sarah when healthy, but different when sick.

• Although an NPC version of Rachel exists with a different examine, this can only be seen in the chatbox. Were it to somehow appear ingame, it would have the appearance of Sithik Ints.
