Ruptura Araxytes are a type of araxyte who hatch from red eggs during the battle with Araxxor. Though they do not directly attack the player, they will move towards them and explode once they are in melee range, dealing up to 70 damage if the player is under the araxyte. Moving three tiles away from the explosion when it detonates will avoid the damage. If they are killed normally they will not explode.

If lured near Araxxor, its explosion can deal up to 80 damage to him if it explodes underneath him, and 64 if next to him. Against eggs, it will explode for 64 damage.

Players will always max hit when attacking them with a crush or heavy Ranged weapon (such as a crossbow or ballista) if crush or ranged is their highest accuracy style respectively, or the noxious halberd.

Araxxor's minions and eggs are considered by the game to be part of an araxyte task without decrementing the task count, allowing accuracy and damage buff of the slayer helm to be utilised against them.
